Program:First, you’ll warm up in the steam sauna. Then Simpoisyarch style leads you throw steam, drinks, talks, oils, ancient stories, in the way you are surrounded by things and signs people followed almost 3000 years ago. 
18:00 - start of free flow sessions.
18:30 - group steaming ritual
19:30 - personal stemming (Each guest gets 10 min& of private steaming session with eucalyptus brooms. 
20:00 - ice bath is ready for your total reset. 
Combined with a free flow steaming ceremony in a traditional wood-fired sauna. After heating up well, you’ll dive into the ice bath. A restful, refreshing sleep is guaranteed afterward. Listen to wise talks and take part if you have something to say. Welcome to philosophical nights on Tuesdays.
